Yoga with Erin Harris-Smith, LPC, LPHA, KAY-ERYT
Erin gained her internationally accredited yoga teacher training in 2017 and furthered her expertise in Kidding Around Yoga in 2019 to help shape yoga sessions for all ages of participants. In Illinois, Erin had her own private yoga studio and taught at various gyms and venues to share her knowledge and expertise with the communities. With the relocation to Morgan County in 2023, Erin is now wanting to bring holistic healing even further into the community through yoga practices for an overall mind-body-spirit balancing to support both physical and mental health.
Erin hosts Yoga monthly at Union Chapel Methodist Church on Saturdays chair yoga at 10:00a and traditional yoga at 11:00a. Sessions are just $5/drop-in. *Sessions are the second Saturday of each month.
